YIT Czechia is hiring a Trainee in the Development department to support the preparation of major residential projects while the candidate is studying civil engineering or architecture. The role involves collaborating with design and other development functions, preparing documentation, coordinating stakeholders, working with architects, and learning the project lifecycle from initial sketches through building permits. Candidates need interest in architecture and construction, basic building-permit knowledge, proficiency with AutoCad, ArchiCad, SketchUp, and Excel, and at least a communicative level of English. The trainee program is initially on a DPP/DPČ agreement and may lead to a permanent full-time contract after graduation.
