Gillon Property Group is hiring a full-time Development Underwriting Associate in Dallas, Texas, to support front-end feasibility underwriting for ground-up and redevelopment projects. The role involves building and updating development pro formas, performing sensitivity analysis, supporting land acquisition and construction financing due diligence, refining financial modeling templates, and assisting with market research and reporting. Candidates should have 1–3 years of real estate transaction underwriting experience, strong Excel modeling skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field; Argus Enterprise exposure is a plus.
