Community Associates is hiring two full-time residential support staff members to provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home in Middlebury. The roles support residents in building daily living and social skills, achieving personal goals, and following support plans, with one schedule offering 41.5 hours per week and two overnights and the other offering 40.5 hours per week with one overnight. Pay is $20 per hour for daytime hours and $16.25 per hour for overnight hours, with a sign-on bonus of up to $750. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a personal vehicle, and a clean background; experience with personal care and medical oversight is a plus.
