Developmental Specialist at arc programs

arc programs is hiring a full-time Developmental Specialist to support parents and caregivers of children and youth with developmental delays, neurodiversities, or risks of developmental delays. The role provides developmental monitoring, early-intervention planning, parent education, community-resource connection, screening, functional assessments, and collaboration with families, providers, schools, and community partners. It is a 37.5-hour-per-week position paying $42.05–$43.55 per hour, with benefits available after a trial period.
