Developmental Specialist at arc programs

arc programs is hiring a full-time Developmental Specialist to support parents and caregivers of children and youth with developmental delays, neurodiversities, or risks of developmental delays. The role provides developmental monitoring, assessment, intervention planning, parent education, community-resource coordination, and advocacy through home, community, virtual, and other visits. It is a 37.5-hour-per-week position paying $42.05–$43.55 per hour, with a preferred master’s degree and relevant bachelor’s-degree experience, and requires a valid British Columbia driver’s license, regional insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
