JRI is hiring Developmental Specialists for its Willow Tree Day Habilitation Programs in Natick and Northboro. The role provides high-quality supports to adults with developmental disabilities, organizes daily activities and community outings, implements treatment objectives, maintains case records, teaches work skills, and supervises individuals in employment settings. The position pays $19.00 to $25.00 per hour and requires a bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field, two years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, one year of supervisory experience, effective communication, independent work, and a valid driver's license.
