Monarch Healthcare is hiring a part-time Developmental Specialist to support individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or traumatic brain injury. The role focuses on person-centered support, community participation, advocacy, daily living assistance, transportation, safety, documentation, and implementation of individual service plans. The schedule is every other Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., totaling 13 scheduled weekly hours, with pay starting at $15.00 per hour. A high school diploma and valid U.S. driver's license are required; prior relevant experience is not required. Sleepovers in residential settings may be required.
