Monarch Healthcare is hiring a part-time Developmental Specialist for a 28-hour weekly schedule. The role supports individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or traumatic brain injury by helping them pursue personal goals, build community relationships, participate in community life, maintain safety and daily living routines, access transportation, and follow individualized service plans. The position requires a high school diploma and a valid U.S. driver's license; prior relevant experience is not required. Duties may include residential sleepovers, documentation, staff mentoring, meetings, training, and compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements.
