Description
Monarch Healthcare is hiring a part-time Developmental Specialist to support people with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, or related needs in achieving personal goals, participating in their communities, maintaining relationships, and managing daily living activities. The role involves person-centered support, transportation, documentation, safety procedures, advocacy, staff mentoring, and compliance with agency and regulatory requirements. The schedule is every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., for 12 scheduled weekly hours, with pay starting at $15.00 per hour. A high school diploma and valid United States driver's license are required; prior relevant experience is not required.
