Monarch Healthcare is hiring a PRN Developmental Specialist to support people with mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or traumatic brain injury in achieving personal goals and participating in community life. The role includes person-centered support, advocacy, transportation, household assistance, safety procedures, documentation, and implementation of individual service plans. A high school diploma and valid United States driver's license are required; prior relevant experience is not required. The position pays at least $15.00 and may require sleepovers in residential settings.
