Monarch Healthcare is hiring a part-time Developmental Specialist to support people with mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or traumatic brain injury. The role focuses on person-centered support, community participation, advocacy, personal care, household tasks, transportation, safety procedures, documentation, and implementing individual plans. The schedule is every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., totaling 12 scheduled weekly hours, with a minimum pay rate of $15.00 per hour. A high school diploma and valid United States driver's license are required; prior experience supporting people with relevant diagnoses is not required.
