Description
Monarch Healthcare is hiring a Developmental Specialist to provide direct, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance use disorders, or traumatic brain injury. The role focuses on assessing and supporting personal goals, community participation, relationships, advocacy, daily living, transportation, safety, documentation, care planning, and staff mentoring. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for 40 hours per week, pays at least $15.00 per hour, requires a high school diploma and a valid United States driver's license, and does not require prior experience.
