Description
Monarch Healthcare is hiring a Developmental Specialist Vocational to support adults with mental health diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities. The role focuses on person-centered goal planning, advocacy, vocational and community support, supervision and education in work settings, safety, documentation, staff mentoring, regulatory compliance, and transportation or travel as needed. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 40 hours per week, pays at least $15.00 per hour, and requires a high school diploma and valid United States driver's license; prior related experience is not required.
