Cboe Global Markets is hiring a DevEx Engineering Manager to own the internal developer experience platform for its Clear U.S. clearinghouse. The role leads a small engineering team, removes platform work from other teams, sets platform strategy, owns CI pipelines and deployment tooling, instruments delivery and production health, defines service-level objectives and error budgets, and leads reliability, disaster recovery, and security practices. The position requires 8+ years of relevant platform, developer experience, infrastructure, or reliability engineering experience, including 3+ years leading teams, and is based in Chicago on a four-day-in-office model. The anticipated base salary is $158,950-$205,700, with potential annual incentive compensation and long-term equity participation.
