LanceSoft is hiring a Deviation Management Specialist for a 12-month, Monday-Friday 8-5 first-shift onsite role. The position identifies and documents deviations from SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines; investigates root causes; develops corrective and preventive actions; maintains GDP-compliant records; supports audits and inspections; and contributes to continuous improvement. The role requires regulated-industry or cGMP experience, strong analytical and technical-writing skills, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Suite skills.
