Description
LanceSoft is hiring a Deviation Management Specialist for a 12-month, Monday-Friday 8-5 first-shift onsite role. The position identifies and documents deviations from SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines; investigates root causes; develops corrective and preventive actions; maintains GDP-compliant records; supports audits and inspections; and contributes to continuous improvement. Candidates should have regulated-industry or cGMP experience, strong analytical and technical-writing skills, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Suite skills. An associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of related experience are preferred, along with experience in biologics, aseptic processes, filling isolators, Six Sigma, electronic documentation, GMP, or GLP. The role pays $40.00-$50.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other insurance benefits.
