Description
Micron is hiring an Electrical Characterization Engineer to lead electrical characterization of advanced DRAM and emerging memory devices from early development through production. The role develops characterization methodologies, models, and standards; designs automated test flows, data pipelines, and analysis tools; investigates device behavior and reliability mechanisms; and presents technical findings across functions. Candidates need an MS or PhD or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or a related field, semiconductor device physics knowledge, reliability characterization experience, hands-on parametric and wafer-level or ATE testing, and proficiency in C/C++, Python, and AI or LLM-based automation and data-analysis tools.
