3 Key Consulting is hiring a Device Development & Testing Engineer for a one-year contract with a global biopharmaceutical client in Thousand Oaks, California. The role supports the design, development, testing, failure analysis, design controls, and lifecycle management of drug delivery devices, including prefilled syringes. Responsibilities include experimental testing, data analysis, statistical methods, design verification and validation, root-cause investigations, design improvements, scale-up, launch, and maintenance of design history files. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite availability Monday through Friday, and pays $36–$41 per hour on a W2 basis.
