Description
The Device Engineer will improve yield and D0 for semiconductor technology, analyze silicon data from zero- and low-yield wafers, resolve process issues with Modules, characterize process windows, and support technology and product transfer across ADG/AMS/AMG/MDG teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering or a related field, semiconductor device physics knowledge, English communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and interest in semiconductor manufacturing and yield improvement.
