Panther is hiring a fall internship in Pittsburgh from October through December, with potential extension, focused on developing and testing its SmartPatch microneedle technology. The intern will characterize microneedle arrays in skin models, perform failure and material testing, fabricate dissolvable arrays, design 3D CAD fixtures, conduct experiments and statistical analysis, and document technical findings. The role provides hands-on experience across device development, materials, formulation, testing, and manufacturing, with qualifications including a relevant technical degree and laboratory, testing, CAD, experimental design, and data-analysis experience.
