GlobalFoundries is hiring a Device Modeling & Characterization Engineer in Bangalore to develop and validate SPICE compact models for FDSOI, FinFET, Bulk MOSFET, MRAM, and RRAM technologies. The role involves designing characterization structures, extracting and debugging models, performing statistical and high-frequency characterization, delivering model-to-HW correlation and process capability analyses, and leading cross-functional and supplier projects. Candidates must have a PhD or Master’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with semiconductor or microelectronics emphasis, along with 8+ years of experience for the PhD path or 12+ years for the Master’s path.
