Description
The Device Modeling Engineer at Power Integrations develops, validates, and releases accurate device models and cells for silicon (Si) and wide-bandgap (WBG) power devices. This role supports product development and technology roadmaps by bridging device physics, characterization, and circuit-level simulation. Key responsibilities include developing compact SPICE-level models, performing device characterization, validating models through simulations, providing support for new device architectures, and collaborating cross-functionally.
