Diraq is hiring a Device Modelling Engineer to develop and execute simulation workflows for next-generation semiconductor quantum devices and enabling technologies. The role involves electrostatic, charge-transport, and physics-based modelling; evaluating design trade-offs and process variability; validating models against experimental data; and collaborating with materials scientists, process engineers, device engineers, and researchers. The position requires a technical degree, semiconductor-device knowledge, numerical-modelling experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. It offers a hybrid work arrangement, USD 130,000–160,000 in base salary, equity participation, health, dental, and vision benefits, and a retirement savings program.
