Description
Texas Instruments is hiring a Device and Process Integration Engineer to drive continual improvement in a 300mm analog and embedded wafer fab in Lehi, Utah. The role focuses on semiconductor device physics, process and parametric improvements, characterization, testing, design of experiments, data analysis, simulation, Cpk improvements, root-cause analysis, product flow, and cross-functional leadership across process, integration, reliability, packaging, and test teams. The position requires two years of relevant engineering experience and a bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering, semiconductor-specific physics, or a related field.
