Sutter Health is hiring a full-time IT Support Specialist to provide first-line hardware, software, network, mobile-device, and end-user support. The role includes troubleshooting, configuration, testing, installation, incident handling, service-request tracking, asset and consumables control, and adherence to security and standard operating procedures. An associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required, with equivalent experience accepted in lieu of the degree. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work, pays $37.32 to $55.99 per hour, and includes benefits.
