UCB is hiring a DevOps Automation Lead for its Digital Technology team in Brussels, Belgium. The role owns the end-to-end DevOps automation roadmap, including CI/CD pipelines, code repository management, AI-assisted coding, security and compliance controls, and engineering metrics. The lead will design and improve Azure DevOps and GitHub pipelines, establish SonarQube quality gates, embed policy-as-code, coach and develop a DevOps automation team, and shape capabilities for an AI-enabled engineering organization. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or CI/CD automation experience, and offers a hybrid-first arrangement with 40% office time.
