The role provides Tier-3 technical and engineering support for radio-spectrum, collection, geo-location, and related software systems, including installation, testing, integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and 24/7 call-in support. It also involves maintaining technical documentation, assisting government engineers with standards and databases, and supporting system installations and troubleshooting. The position requires a relevant engineering or computer-science education or equivalent experience, a current US security clearance with polygraph, and skills in Linux, Python, Bash, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployments, and DevSecOps. The full-time salary range is $91,200 to $169,400, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
