Ampcus Inc. is hiring a DevOps Engineer in the District of Columbia to own and optimize Jira SaaS for enterprise project management and Agile delivery. The role involves configuring workflows, permissions, and automation; integrating Jira with GitLab, ServiceNow, Okta, and other enterprise systems; automating data synchronization; supporting Agile transformation; and mentoring Agile teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of Jira administration or engineering experience, enterprise integration experience, scripting and REST API skills, and familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps practices.
