Description

CommBox is hiring a DevOps Engineer to maintain and improve high-traffic production environments using modern automation, AI tools, and cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, AWS environments, Kubernetes, Helm, security, performance, observability, incident troubleshooting, and developer experience. Candidates need at least four years of DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience, along with AWS, containerization, scripting, Linux and Windows, source code management, infrastructure automation, and database experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience in a high-scale, high-traffic environment
4+ years of AWS solutions experience
Hands-on Docker and container orchestration experience; working knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and GitOps flows
Hands-on scripting experience with Bash or Python and AI coding assistants
Experience with Linux and Windows systems, performance, and security
Experience with source code management and infrastructure automation
Experience managing and troubleshooting cloud and hybrid web environments
Experience managing MySQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
Preferred Qualifications: AIOps and AI/ML experience for failure prediction, root-cause analysis, and resource optimization

Experience managing traffic and security with Cloudflare
Experience with ELK, IIS, and directory services
Familiarity with SAST and shift-left security practices
