Description

Continental is hiring a DevOps Platform Engineer to support the development, automation, and operation of DevOps infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and software development tooling for Web, Mobile, Data Analytics, and Digital Platforms. The role works with development, architecture, security, and platform teams to improve software delivery, operational stability, deployment automation, and developer productivity, while administering GitHub Enterprise, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, and related tools. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent education and experience, plus 2–5 years of DevOps or related experience, is required.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 2–5 years of experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related IT roles.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Experience with source control systems and Git-based development workflows.
Experience supporting software development lifecycle processes.
Experience supporting Kubernetes-based application environments.
Experience deploying and maintaining applications using Helm.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GitHub Enterprise administration.
Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform and Ansible.
Experience with GitOps deployment models and ArgoCD.
Experience with automated testing and code quality tools.
