Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, a subsidiary of the Deutsche Telekom Group, is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to enhance and operate its cloud-native infrastructure/services, particularly focusing on the packet core including 5G-SA. The role involves developing comprehensive lifecycle procedures, supporting complex projects, creating automated integration and delivery strategies, and collaborating with the operations team to improve process efficiency and digitalize support. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of cloud technologies like Docker/Kubernetes/OpenStack, Packet Data Core systems, and various monitoring tools, along with extensive experience in mobile packet core systems and both classical and agile cooperation methods. A university degree in computer science or a comparable field, combined with several years of professional experience in a DevOps environment, is essential. The position operates under a hybrid working model, requiring one day in the office and four days from home, primarily within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.
