The role involves investigating and resolving escalated incidents, administering SAG WebMethods and Oracle Database environments, automating operations with shell scripts, performing Linux administration, troubleshooting networking and infrastructure issues, supporting OpenShift or Kubernetes deployments, monitoring Shareplex replication, and participating in on-call rotations.
