Description
Duco is hiring a full-time DevOps Engineer to lead the evolution of its observability capabilities. The role owns observability architecture across logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, dashboards, and incident response; builds internal observability tooling; supports CI/CD and delivery pipelines; integrates with Kubernetes and cloud services; and partners with engineering teams to standardise instrumentation and delivery practices. The posting seeks 5+ years of DevOps, platform, or build engineering experience, strong observability and scripting expertise, and production CI/CD experience.
