The role focuses on operating, developing, and scaling Kubernetes clusters; designing CI/CD and GitOps solutions; automating infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code; building monitoring, logging, and observability capabilities; integrating security, compliance, and identity management; developing automated testing strategies; and supporting customer installations. The profile requires a relevant degree, several years of IT, Linux, Unix, and cloud experience, knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, Python, automation, and cloud-native architectures, along with German and English language skills.
