Description
The Level 1 DevOps Operations Engineer provides operational support for DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, infrastructure, containers, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include monitoring build and deployment jobs, troubleshooting pipeline and application issues, managing repositories and monitoring alerts, coordinating incident investigations, maintaining runbooks and ITSM records, and supporting production, staging, UAT, and development environments. The role offers 24/7 shift-based remote or onsite support and requires knowledge of CI/CD, version control, Linux, containers, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, ITSM, and incident management.
