The Tridion Dev CMS Dev _UDX supports and maintains CI/CD tools and pipelines for continuous software delivery in Orlando, United States, on an onsite basis. Responsibilities include monitoring Jenkins, Harness, Git, Nexus, Docker, and Rundeck; troubleshooting and administering these systems; providing 24/7 shift support for build, deployment, and automation incidents; responding to critical issues; automating tasks; and maintaining runbooks and standard operating procedures. The role requires hands-on experience with the listed tools, strong Linux troubleshooting skills, familiarity with cloud platforms, and strong communication for shift handovers and team coordination.
