This role involves developing automation, troubleshooting issues, managing infrastructure and security solutions, deploying monitoring tools, implementing configuration management, provisioning resources, configuring CI/CD pipelines, and developing automation scripts. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in shifts.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in IT operations or data centre operations.
Good understanding of infrastructure systems and IT operations.
Knowledge of security principles and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies when required.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and automation tools.
Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and AWS services.
Experience supporting container and serverless platforms such as EKS, ECS, and AWS Lambda.
Experience using Git-based workflows and CI/CD tools such as GitLab.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Singapore Government projects will be advantageous.
