This role involves designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure using various automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. The individual will automate tasks with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell, and will be responsible for optimizing Linux/Windows server performance. They will troubleshoot performance issues, manage virtualization platforms, handle patch management, develop CI/CD pipelines, deploy applications via Docker and Kubernetes, and optimize cloud resources. Additionally, they will set up monitoring tools, ensure security best practices, comply with industry standards, collaborate with development teams, document configurations, and stay current with DevOps trends.
