Housecall Pro is hiring a DevOps Engineer II to design, build, and improve reliable cloud infrastructure and shared compute platforms in AWS. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Required Previous Experiences: 2–4 years of professional software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience
Hands-on experience with AWS, Linux, and core cloud concepts
Experience with containers and Kubernetes, including EKS or a comparable managed Kubernetes service
Experience with infrastructure as code and delivery workflows using Terraform, Terragrunt, Git, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to estimate, design, and deliver a small epic end-to-end
Strong collaboration skills in a distributed team environment
Curiosity and ownership mindset when solving technical problems
Interest in improving cloud infrastructure, compute platforms, and operational reliability
Clear written and verbal communication in English
Exceptional breadth of interest through self-initiated ventures or community involvement
