The role focuses on team leadership, delivery ownership, stakeholder alignment, talent management, process optimization, and collaboration with engineering, production, and other stakeholders. The position requires at least two years of management or lead experience and five years of software development experience, along with strong DevOps, source-control, and collaboration skills. It is an in-office hybrid or full-time role in Warsaw, Poland, with relocation support and a gross monthly salary of 39,800–54,670 PLN.
