IET is hiring a DevOps professional to design and set up infrastructure based on Unix operating systems. The role requires at least four years of experience, knowledge of KVM-based hypervisors, networking, Red Hat family operating systems, Kubernetes or OpenShift, CI/CD, configuration management, observability, and Site Reliability Engineering. It is fully remote for candidates residing in Italy, with availability to work in a hybrid arrangement at a client site in Pomezia, Rome. Compensation is offered as a freelance daily rate of €280–€320 or an employment contract under the CCNL Commercio with a gross annual salary of €25,000–€30,000.
