Web Hosting Canada is hiring a hands-on DevOps Lead to own the performance, reliability, security, backups, and operational consistency of its server fleet. Reporting to the Director of Technology, the role focuses on technical ownership and coaching a small team rather than headcount management. Responsibilities include resolving performance issues, standardizing server configurations through Git, hardening systems, supporting PCI DSS and SOC 2, maintaining backups and disaster-recovery procedures, managing vendor escalations, and improving operations with practical AI use.
