GDIT is hiring an Operations Team Lead to guide a DevOps/Operations team supporting critical OpenShift-hosted systems for an intelligence customer. The role leads team operations, prioritizes work, supports government customers, performs system administration and security operations, manages CI/CD and PKI, develops Helm charts and infrastructure-as-code practices, and monitors system performance. It requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, a bachelor’s degree in IT or STEM, 7+ years of related leadership experience, and experience with cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift, cybersecurity, and Agile/SAFe environments. The position is onsite in Springfield, Virginia, with an additional work location in St. Louis, Missouri, and a stated salary range of $144,500 to $195,500.
