Description
The DevOps Operations Engineer provides Level 1 operational support for DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, infrastructure, containers, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include monitoring build and deployment jobs, troubleshooting pipeline and application issues, managing repositories and monitoring alerts, coordinating incident investigations, maintaining runbooks and ITSM records, and supporting production, staging, UAT, and development environments. The role requires knowledge of CI/CD, version control, Linux, containers, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, ITSM, and incident management, along with the ability to work in a 24/7 shift-based remote or onsite environment.
