360Dialog is hiring a fully remote, contract-based infrastructure/DevOps professional to operate and scale production systems in a distributed cloud environment. The role involves infrastructure as code, Kubernetes and cloud operations, observability, security, incident debugging, high-availability stateful workloads, and automation using Python, Go, or Bash. The position may suit either a talented junior with strong theoretical knowledge and a growth mindset or an experienced senior capable of owning strategies and scalable solutions. Compensation is €5,000–€10,000 per month, and applicants are welcomed from listed or similar regions and time zones.
