360Dialog is hiring a fully remote, contract-based infrastructure/DevOps professional to operate and improve production systems in a global business messaging platform. The role involves managing GCP/GKE multi-cluster infrastructure and tooling such as Terraform, Atlantis, ArgoCD, Helm, Vault, Grafana LGTM, OpenTelemetry, GitHub Actions, Python, and Go; handling databases, queues, stateful workloads, scaling, failover, migrations, distributed-system debugging, infrastructure security, and automation. The position may suit either a talented junior with strong theoretical knowledge and a growth mindset or an experienced senior domain expert capable of owning strategies and scalable solutions. Compensation is €5,000–€10,000 per month, and applicants may work from anywhere, particularly listed or similar regions and time zones.
