Description

NAB Vietnam is hiring an Analyst-level Site Reliability Engineer to support production operations, incident management, and platform resilience across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role provides 24×7 on-call support, participates in incident response and major incidents, supports deployments and environment maintenance, monitors system health, and improves reliability through observability, root-cause analysis, documentation, and automation. Candidates need 3–5+ years of SRE, DevOps, or production support experience, cloud and container experience, and familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and alerting.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3–5+ years of SRE, DevOps, or Production Support experience
Experience supporting production systems in cloud or hybrid environments
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure
Experience operating containerized platforms using Kubernetes – EKS/AKS
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release processes
Understanding of incident management, on-call operations, and RCA
Experience working with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
Preferred Qualifications: Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
Experience automating operational tasks with Python or Bash
Understanding of microservices and distributed systems
Exposure to security, compliance, or regulated environments such as banking
