Description
The DevOps Team Lead will own delivery, reliability, security, cost optimization, and daily operation of a large multi-account AWS platform managed through Infrastructure as Code. This hands-on technical leadership role is approximately 60% engineering and 40% leadership, covering Terraform-based IaC, infrastructure CI/CD, AWS services, observability, incident response, Scrum delivery, cloud security, FinOps, and preparation for globally distributed and AI-supporting workloads. The role requires senior-level cloud and DevOps experience, strong automation and communication skills, and participation in rotating night and weekend on-call coverage.
