Ajax Systems is hiring a DevOps Team Lead for its Platform Team to scale, secure, and improve cloud infrastructure. The role combines hands-on ownership of Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, GitOps, observability, security, and reliability with leadership of DevOps and platform engineers. Responsibilities include setting technical priorities, mentoring engineers, improving deployment workflows, collaborating with product and engineering teams, strengthening platform security and observability, optimizing cloud costs, and participating in production support and incident response.
