Description
The DevOps Team Lead will own the delivery, reliability, security, cost management, and day-to-day operation of a large multi-account AWS platform managed through Infrastructure as Code. This hands-on technical leadership role is approximately 60% engineering and 40% leadership, covering Terraform, AWS services, infrastructure CI/CD, observability, incident response, disaster recovery, cloud security, FinOps, multi-region architecture, Agile/Scrum delivery, stakeholder planning, coaching, and on-call operations. Preferred experience includes Azure governance, globally distributed systems, policy as code, SRE, analytics and data platforms, hybrid connectivity, and infrastructure supporting AI/ML workloads.
